I’ve had such a great experience at Adirondack Orthodontics. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable every time you come in. Scheduling has been super easy—they’re really flexible, and having Saturday appointments available has been a huge help. I’m doing Invisalign, and everything has felt smooth and straightforward, with clear guidance at every step. Dr. Rakholia is especially great—she connects with patients in a very natural, down-to-earth way and takes the time to make sure you feel informed and confident about your treatment. Overall, it’s just a really well-run office with a team that truly cares. Highly recommend!

Recently completed traditional braces with my second oldest daughter (first daughter finished 2 years) and we’ve been very happy with our experiences. We appreciate the flexibility of appointments and prompt return phone calls. The orthodontists and technicians go above and beyond answering questions, checking in with my girls and taking pride in their work. We are so pleased with their work that our two younger daughters are now with Adirondack Orthodontists.

Our family has seen different orthodontists for different reasons and Adirondack Orthodontics has been the best. They are friendly, caring and explain all steps thoroughly. They are flexible with appointments and even send timely reminders. They never make you feel pressured or rushed. People are often intimidated when going to the dentist—especially when it comes to braces or Invisalign. The unknown can create panic and uneasiness. My experience at Adirondack Orthodontics was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I can sum up my experience in one word: reassuring. Kamila was in charge of placing my Invisalign attachments, and she couldn’t have done a better job. She explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her attention to detail and calm approach immediately put me at ease. After that, Dr. R came in to make the necessary adjustments. Her expertise and skill made the entire process feel smooth and painless. It was clear that I was in very capable hands. The whole team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Rakholia went above and beyond for my Invisalign treatment. I did not like the appearance of buttons on my teeth and Dr. R was so accommodating and took extra time to discuss with me and ended up removing the buttons on my top teeth. She is a true professional and you can tell she loves what she does. The entire team was very attentive to detail and ensured my happiness! Highly recommend! Thanks!
